The autotransformer step-down starting control cabinet has multiple protection functions such as overload, short circuit, phase loss protection, pump leakage, motor overheating and leakage, and complete status display. The control cabinet adopts the autotransformer step-down starting method to reduce the impact on the power grid, and has single pump and multi pump control working modes. Widely applicable in industries such as domestic water supply and drainage, industrial control pumps, and sewage discharge.

The autotransformer step-down starting control cabinet is a box type protective structure, consisting of autotransformer, automatic switch, AC contactor, thermal relay, time relay, overcurrent relay, ammeter and other components, with overload and phase failure protection functions.

1. Generallywater pumpThe motor adopts the method of autotransformer to reduce its starting current and minimize the impact on the power grid and equipment.

2. The starting current of the device is small, but the starting torque is large.

3. After the device is restarted for the second time (the total startup time cannot exceed 120 seconds), it can only be restarted after cooling for 4 hours.

9. Startup method: Self coupling voltage reduction startup: During startup, the voltage and current are reduced by the self coupling transformer, and during operation, they are restored to full voltage.
